Gera Eron
President & Chief Executive OfficerGera Eron founded ITS in 1992 and has served as Chief Executive Officer since that time. From 1999 to 2003, he established a joint venture with Nur Macroprinters, a publicly traded company (NASDAQ: NURM) – Nur Pro Engineering.
Prior to founding ITS, he served as head of the department of experiments in the Israeli Defence Forces (I.D.F.). Mr. Eron holds B.Sc Mechanical Engineering from The Technion (Israeli Institute of Technology).
Offer Shemesh
VP of Product Development and EngineeringOffer Shemesh is a Senior Mechanical Engineer, graduated from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology in Haifa - Israel with Bsc Mechanical Engineering. With extensive experience in product management, development, design and production of industrial machinery in the fields of military, medical, consumer and commercial products, irrigation systems, digital printing and many others. Offer has managed many projects and led development teams composed of Engineers in various disciplines: mechanical, electrical, electronical, chemical, and software programming.
Offer is a winner of the Kaplan Prize for Industrial Innovation.
Aminadav Hadari
Chief Operating OfficerAminadav Hadari holds a B.Sc degree in Industrial Engineering from Tel Aviv University.Aminadav has over 20 years of experience in MIS, ERP and SC management in global companies, including Scitex, Indigo and Nice, and 7 years as VP of operations in Visonic, Aminadav possesses high level skills and understanding in operating large manufacturing systems.
Avishay Sherman
Marketing&Sales Manager
More than 25 years of professional experience in several multi-disciplinary companies in various fields such as: Medical devices, Digital printing ,Military equipment and Metal sheet manufacturers.
Practical experience and diversified knowledge in Metal , Plastic, and Electronic industries. More than 15 years of experience in Mechanical Development and Engineering, Projects, and Sales management.
Ishay Basis
Chief Financial Officer
Ishay Basis joined ITS in the position of Chief Financial Officer during July 2006. Prior to joining the company, Ishay managed the finance of the inspection divisions of Applied Materials Ltd. (PDC) (NASDAQ:AMAT). Previously, he was a senior auditor (C.P.A) at Ernst&Young Israel. Ishay holds an M.B.A., Cum Laude, majoring in finance, and B.A., Cum Laude, majoring in Accounting from The College of Management (COM)
